There are some changes that can be made in the tune that will help the low side aside from the JMS. It does seem that the JMS works better. I would suggest a full fuel system.

no I don't think that will be too much at all but...

no I don't think that will be too much at all but I would also add a JMS booster to the low side. I would also consider a catch can with a breather to vent crank case pressure.

Stock fuel system isn't sufficient on boost with proper AFR. Procharger canned tune is good enough to start and drive. That's about as far as I would trust it.
