yes they are powder-coated, then ceramic coated. lifetime warranty to boot (on the finish, not the ceramic coating, it's only 2 year)

I finally got around to repairing my terribly...

I finally got around to repairing my terribly curbed and warped rims (from the last owner). changed the color to a matte bronze, and ceramic coat, which finished up satin'y, which is what I wanted.

well, after a tire installer screwed up all 4 of my rims, I took them to a local place and had them repaired, repainted to gloss black (was stock silver), and re ceramic coated. I'd post pics but...

replaced stock ss wing with satin black zl1 wing....

replaced stock ss wing with satin black zl1 wing. Had to do a quick wash to get the fingerprints off and throw some hydro2 on it. Also checked for leaks to make sure everything sealed up properly....
