Not sure if your reply was directed at me, but since I haven't heard any noise since taking out the Range and switching gas, I have no plans to report the problem to my dealer unless I start hearing...

Well, all I can say is I heard the lifter noise almost daily when I let it sit in the parking lot while I went to work for 8+ hours. And I haven't heard it since I took the steps detailed above....
