I have ran from 87-93 in my LS3 and always get 17/19 city and 24/27 hwy. These fuel table "issues" don't seem to be a problem.

Dyer pretty much explained it. You need to tap the power off of the DRL's and run it to the halo. It would be very difficult to make a harness you can just plug inline for that.

I did a 1300 mile non-stop trip and tried all 3 octanes. There was no more then 2mpg difference between regular and premium. Definitely not worth the 30-40 extra cents IMO.

first car was an 85 v6. brought her home a month after my 14th birthday. Had it until last year (11 yrs) when my lil bro got t-boned and totaled it. :facepalm:
