It said my vehicle is up to date! No new update...

It said my vehicle is up to date! No new update is available, Should I just go ahead and have them replace the unit? Do they have to remove the middle console and whole dash to remove this thing?

That' exactly what it is doing! I turn the car...

That' exactly what it is doing! I turn the car off and the radio stays on ! Can't even turn it off.
They told me they did the newest update just last week when they did the Customer satisfaction...
