Long shot but make sure you have a good ground between the engine and the body. A poor ground that opens during acceleration can trick the ECM into throwing a code.

You can try ohming the clutch coil with a voltmeter-should read very low 2- 6 ohms. If that's good I would jump out the low pressure switch and see if that's failed.
