I solved this issue, the tires actually were aired up to 43-44 for some reason at the shop. I bought a gauge and verified them and then went and lowered them to where I want them.

So I have an issue with a set of wheels I purchased, the offset is listed as 35 and they are not going to fit according to my shop, they mounted one of the wheels on the front without a tire on it...

All good now with the new fob, it appears to be OEM GM, and is light years better than the one that came with the car that was coming apart. Even though it was $130 it is well worth it to me.
