It's to long to wait for shipping in other side...

It's to long to wait for shipping in other side of Earth. And i think simple way to use flasher i can find there.

Excluding flashers like a MPVI2, Trifecta, etc. (it's to long and some difficult shipping to Russia). I was trying KESS V2, CMD (in several protocols gm/opel), can't read ecu.
