AC Compressor cycling - A/C

I'm wondering if anyone else with a camaro SS ls3 can answer my question on how the A/C compressor is supposed to work/cycle. I had a leak in the system and got it repaired, vaccumed the system etc....

Ok I took it to a tuner, he said the fan settings were customized and he changed them with a/c off. He set the fans to come on low speed at 204 with AC off, I wanted 196, and they turn off around...
