Really, 20 minutes full blast at an amateur track day event seems short to you? If you are doing more than that before going to the pits, then you should get the track package with all the coolers....

Unless, you think the SS will run with a Corvette Z51? Nobody knows for sure yet but word is at least at Laguna Seca, the GT350 (non R) Track Pack was running with a Z51.
