Any suggestions on where to go for all that? Pretty sad all that has to be changed just to get to 850 rwhp thats only 200 more than currently making on stock lt1 stuff. These Lts are $$$ to build...

Fuel system needs?

So have a forged 427 in already daily driver and making over 600 on pump and E. Looking at adding some low boost looking for 800-850 rwhp. What will i need to change to get there safely?

I know it sounds weird but the hpfp seal coulda went bad causing all kinds of issues like your having mine did this and it just needed a new hpfp but its worth a look.
