My first mod was a cold air inductions CAI which is identical to the gm and a 93 octane tune from Ted Janetty. Seat of the pants gains were modest, but definitely noticeable

The exhaust it's a lot louder and a lot more popping from the exhaust when I let off the gas car feels smoother not too much lag like before

Are you talking about the black/grey Race Filter? I would not put that on a car that is used for daily driving, but I guess it would be fine if you only drive occasionally or track your car. It is practically see through lol.
