HELP please
 
just need a quick answer. check engine light is on because of my longtubes... will i pass emissions? Illinois if that matters

If Illinois is anything like Pennsylvania, a good tune will fix that issue and you should be good to go.

Just go get it tuned out and you'll be fine. It is common for the LT headers to throw a code after install if it wasn't tuned. Probably won't pass emissions until its cleared.

yeah thank you guys! i planned on getting a cold air intake and a dyno tune anyways, so i guess this will just force me to get those now!

Both converters on my 2010 Camaro 6 cyl. have to be replaced...can you tell me why on a new car ?

I've seen bad gas take them out. Is your car running ok?

if you are throwing any emissions code, chances are, you will NOT pass any emissions test

I live in illinois and there are no emission checks where I am. I see Chicago does have them. Time yo get a downstate p.o. box!
