I decided to throw it into Cars.com!

I was shocked to see 12-15+ vehicles for sale. Insane!

The car is awesome! $10-20grand spent in depreciation, tires and maintenance to track for a season is easily affordable for some. If I could afford to, perhaps I would as well. Some probably found it too firm to street. With fall just around the corner, price aggressively to sell as dealers are starting to drop the new prices too. Why you selling? You post for sale on this site? I look at ZL1’s near daily on Cars.com, good luck with the sale!

I'm keeping mine. I just did a search for shits and giggles. I thought to myself "I wonder how many used ones are for sale?" I figured maybe 2-3. Not 15!

In your market or nationwide? Cus nationwide, 15 isn't all that much.

Nationwide. The vehicle hasn't been out that long and production numbers limited. Figure 5% of the vehicles are now listed for sale.

Kinda a common thing. I imagine some are selling due to not understanding what they bought in the first place and it was a bit much for them to handle.

There were an estimated 800-1,200 ZLEs built (final figures will be available later in the year). If there are only 15 Nationwide, then less than 2% are currently listed.

Yeah, that ain't much.

Out of 304 ZL1 convertibles made in 2017, 10 are for sale nationwide on cars.com, or 3%.

And one of them is red-hot (out of ~33 made) for the low low price of $64,999. :thumbup:

Lol that’s 9 grand more than I paid new for my coupe. I know it’s a vert, but who would pay more than 52 used?

Don’t know and don’t care. Except that it makes my Z’s replacement value rider on my insurance worth $65k. :thumb:

Which is nothing. People over react to shit like this for whatever reason. Who cares if 50% of ZLE's are on the market. It means nothing. There are millions of cars listed every day. They get bought and sold. Bought and sold. The auto industry doesn't stop, so a certain % of one type of car is just a waste of mental space which I just wasted typing this crap.

I did the same search the other day... that's slim pickings for nation wide.

With only ~750 built these aren't going to be as available as most.

I should get another one for a weekend car.

That would be cool. Arctic Blue ZL1, manual, PDR, sunroof and Black or Silver ZL1 1LE PDR for me. Yumyum
