Vroom offering 48k...

Was curious what vroom would offer on my 20 2ss 1le, since prices have gone up. 48300,that's amazing, considering I only paid 43500 brand new. If anyone is looking to sell, check out vroom. I sold a car to them last year and it was an awesome experience. Don't think I'll be selling anytime soon as I just got the car a few months back and love it!

Wow. Is it a regional thing these prices. I know they wouldn't offer what they offered you here. Vroom actually has half way decent prices on the Camaro compared to Carmax and a couple dealers around here.

Hmm I think it's national. They've always been really generous

They offered me $39,000 for my '20 2SS Convertible. When I didn't respond, they upped the offer to $39,500. Didn't sell to them, but thought the offer was at least respectable given the offers from dealerships if I were to trade.

Have not sold a car to Vroom, however did purchase my current 2018 Camaro RS convertible from them. I have to say the purchasing was painful at best. Car showed up with a multitude of undisclosed issues, the major one was the rear window separated from convertible in three different places. The entire purchase process took over a month before I actually laid eyes on my car. Ended up filing a claim for the top, golf ball sized hole in front bumper and road rash on rear bumper and settled for top replacement and repair/repaint of front bumper. I sold my 2010 Mustang convertible to AutoNation prior to this purchase and received a great price from them. Don't think I will ever purchase a car online again, lesson learned. I added the carbon fiber hood spears and side stripes from Big Work Graphix.

And that’s what a dealer will give you. They’ll need to turn a profit on it, so they will put it up for north of $50k.

That tells you that you can put it up for sale privately and get $50k for it.

Jesus. $37,275 for my 17 1SS 1LE with 31k. $4k more than Carvana, $6k more than I paid a year and 14k miles ago.

I almost wish I hadn't looked. I might have to do this.

I cant wait for the market to be FLOODED with super low mile cars to buy come the end of summer when 3/4's of the country will be wanting 4x4s and not sports cars. I could steal one by then.

$34,995 for my 2018 SS 1LE with 49,000 miles. Not bad since I only paid $40K new.
