Brand new. I bought it at some point to pulley down then I ended up ordering a pulley from Magnuson and forgot I had this on the shelf. LOL

Sorry I took a month to reply lol. I didnt have any notification set that you replied. Either way, my car is making about 10lb of boost. It varies from 8-10 depending on the mood lol
