Rubber trunk mat for 6th Gen; Cargo net

I asked this in another section with less traffic and have not received any replies yet, so thought I would try the General section.

For my 2010, I had a GM accessory rubber trunk mat from day 1. It fit great, was heavy pliable rubber and really helped keep things from sliding around. Probably added sound insulation, too. And now that I have my car and have seen how "flimsy" the trunk floor/lid thing is, I want one even more!

But it seems GM doesn't have one like that for the 6th Gen. Or am I missing it? Weathertech makes one, but based on their floor mats, I think it is probably less rubber-like and more hard plastic-like.

Lloyd's look great, but I think they only have carpeted ones and I like the rubber (stops water, oil, dirt, etc.).

I also have a cargo web net for my 2010 and will try that in the new 2021. Anyone know already if it is sized about right to work well?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Rob

I got one with my Camarillo. Fit is good… was pricey though

Yes, cargo net works great. I have the one from my 2010 in my ZL1. Need some parts though but here's a thread for it.

The cargo nuts are M6. I used M6 bolts to replace the pushpins and nuts to secure them. Don't remember the length. I think they were 35mm.
Shop around for the cargo nuts. Should be able to find them for around $6-7 ea. I got mine from eBay but it was about 4 years ago.

I went with weather tech and it's like a thick rubber type of material and fits perfectly. It also has a lip around the edge to keep anything you may spill from sloshing over the edge onto your floor.

I just bought this GM accessories mat. Very high quality and heavy duty construction.

I also have the gen6 mat from WeatherTech that I used in my 16 and 18 for five years. It was fine, just looked worn. Not as heavy duty as the GM one.

I like the lip on the weather tech. I always afraid of spilling a liquid and frying all the electronics under there.

Great! Thanks everyone for the info. I did not see the GM one when I looked at the accessories on the Chevrolet site. That is what I'm looking for!

Regarding the cargo net.

I've put one on all three of my 6th gens. So small that it's damn near useless but still convenient for little things
