Loved my Hurst Billet shifter in my 5th Gen with the chrome steel "flat shaft" upper stick... but isn't that what you're showing in your primary installed picture of the 6th Gen stick? Not a "black anodized upper stick" as stated in the ad copy.

I expect the length makes that necessary, but the look is very different. Just didn't want someone to be disappointed with an unintentional bait and switch. :nod:

Have you got a picture of the 6th Gen shifter installed with the classic white ball?

Being the 1LE already has a factory short shifter, is the 40% reduction for the 1LE also or only for the SS?

id be down for chrome stick in my 18 zl1 if we can get that option

Only for the SS. It would be a smaller % reduction in throw for the SS 1LE.

old thread but yes it fits all v8. the 1LE shouldn't even be called a short shifter. its only 6% shorter then the SS so the hurst would be 34% shorter then the 1LE, ZL1 shifter.

Love this mod

Still loving my Hurst shifter on my '17 SS! Maybe not so pretty as the 5th Gen., but I think even more functional. Makes driving the car more rewarding each time I get behind the wheel. :thumbup:
