2018 ZL1 1LE For Sale

13 Attachment(s)
Although I prefer not to, looking to sell my ZL1 1LE. Ended up getting a new job up in the D.C. area and 2 cars just doesn't work out here for me.

Car is fully loaded. Never been tracked. New rear tires (due to nails, not spinouts). Completely stock. Only 3,100 miles. Also has Suntek PPF on front and partial fenders. Suntek ceramic tint. And FEYNLAB coating.

Looking at $68.5k. PM if interested.

I moved up to Houston from D.C. for work. I ended up finding out you can own multiple cars if you choose to live a few miles outside D.C. I'm in Fairfax in Northern VA and own 3 cars. I drive into DC early around 5:30am and home by 3:30pm and don't usually have too many problems with traffic. Sometimes I drive to a metro station and park my Mazda 3 "beater car" in the lot.

There are some areas you could live that owning 1 car would be difficult. I'll do whatever I have to not to live in those places but that's just me.

If you decide to sell, GLWS!

Yeah. The other problem with VA as you know is the Car Tax annually. It’s ridiculous here.

Hear that. Property tax is lower than most places so it somewhat equals out if you own a home.

Is this car tax similar to property tax or just another term for vehicle registration?

It's an annual personal property tax they charge on cars, boats, etc. It's about 5% of the value of the vehicle. So $75k vehicle will get a approximately a $3700 annual tax bill. Most ridiculous I've seen in the country. I used to live in CA. I would take CA registration tax over this any day.

I'm active duty military and luckily I don't have to pay the annual property tax on my vehicles in NoVa. Just the initial sales tax of 4.15% when buying a new car. I can see your incentive to sell. It's a beautiful car! GLWS!

Vehicle still available?

exxit 02-01-2018 12:57 PM

:( If I was inbetween cars this would be an easy finance as far as value of the car to amount financed goes. I'm stuck until I can get rid of the flying skittle lol
