American Authority Louvers

Just got these hot off the press from American Authority. QUALITY piece here. I don't imagine there is any rattling with a stock exhaust but mind does a little bit on the edges. Certainly no touching the window in the center portion as I have head IKON's option does.

Took about 10 minutes to install and I LOVE the look.

$150 from AA, free shipping.

Personally I prefer the design concept that MRT had for the '15. The staggered design doesn't appeal to me but to each their own. Don't think MRT are doing any for the GEN 6 though, it's a shame.

Just noticed you are in Stratford. Just spent 2 of the last 4 weeks up there discussing the VH-92.

Over at Lockheed?? I live about a half mile down the road from there. Only 1 turn haha. But yeah I always liked louvers so I jumped on a set. I’m not sure what MRT has but since you said staggered I assume it’s like the late 60-early 70 aluminum louvers.

Any pics from inside? I wonder if you took some thin 3m padding if you could stop the rattle

Got mine painted and installed it this weekend.

Looks great! I love the look of these louvers on the 6th gen.

Darth Martel, where did you get the side window louvers?

Ikon for the side louvres and AA for the rear window. Best of both worlds :headbang:

My ZL1 spoiler if from Ikon as well. And I'll probably get the side skirts from AA. My car is a mutt but she a mean bitch.

I was thinking about getting to these. Any pics from the rearview mirror inside if possible? Also how hard is it to clean the rear window with these on?

Ill try to remember to take a pic from the inside today. It comes off in about 2 minutes and goes back on in 2 minutes. I just take them off when i clean the window. However, it is probably possible to clean the window, but itll be difficult.

Inside pics. Sorry about the tires. Also don't know how to resize. These might be huge.

whiskeyfed 04-23-2018 12:07 PM

Aaaaaaand they're huge...
