where is TCM?

I have a 19 2SS, I need to know where the TCM is so I can remove and send it to HP tuners to unlock.

Did you have to remove the whole front bumper (fascia)? Apparently it is supposedly possible to get to without taking the whole front bumper cover thing off.

I took the front end off of mine to get to it! Not sure if the ZL1 and the SS are the same? Looks like that was in the same place though! :/
