Reverse Light LED All-in-One Kit by Phastek Performance install Guide & Overview

Phastek Performance now offers a LED reverse light all in one kit that is pretty cool and avoids my original hacking to make it all work.

on backorder and no one else sells these yet

I was actually going to order up the "hacked" version and install this weekend but this looks much cleaner. Sure it's a few bucks more, but it looks much better. Thanks for the video and the heads up. Now just waiting for Phastek to get them back in stock.

Got my harness and bulbs from Gen5diy... Oem quality, plug and play harness (Oem connectors too)
They've had them for approximately a year now :)

Already ordered the Gen5diy harness. Not too keen on the riveting into the car's body. Probably going to wait for this one to come back in stock.

I just put this on my build list on their site and have them sending me an email when they come in Stock. Seems easy enough to install from what I see on the video

I didn't like the idea of that either... I just played with the placement a bit, (not in the rain gutter and enough harness slack to pull the taillight out) then attached the resistor to the body with some good quality body tape. (3M)

For those who don't want to wait or spend this amount of money.
I tried TonyNo's solution yesterday http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showpo...3&postcount=76 and it's working perfectly. No extra wiring etc. and almost no cost involved (about 2cents for both resistors :) ).

Get some of these resitors (I used 2.2kOHM), attach them to the contacts of the bulbs and plug them back in. No more ghosting.

TonyNo's pic showed a resistor attached to a bulb. Since the links to his pics aren't working, do you have any pictures of how the resistors are attached to the bulbs?

With the bulb facing upwards, I've just wrapped the resistor around the left contacts on each side, connecting them.
If Tony hasn't replied by then, I could take a picture next weekend.
