When to tune
 

This is my first ever car I’ve started modding. I’ve been doing quite some research. I recently installed TSP LT headers Running no cats. I also have rotofab cai and borla s type axleback. I am looking to tune, but I dont know when. What are my next steps?

You should tune now lol. Add e85 also if it is available in your area. I'm surprised you got a hold of no cats in the bay area.
