Daily Driving...

Came up in another thread and I got curious for no good reason so...

The question is, How many bought their Camaro for daily driving duties. Feel free to add why or why not.

To start... Mine is my daily driver. Generally short commute but it makes it to each coast now and again. We also have an SUV, a truck to pull the boats and a dedicated track car (when it's not be 'upgraded' as is usual).

Pretty much a weekend car, I take it to work on nice Fridays though. I have a Nissan Titan that I daily. Pretty sad that my weekend car gets better mpg then my daily lol

My ZL1 is basically a daily driver with my 2005 Silverado truck! I alternate between the two each week.

Not my daily, living in MN is a big reason why...

Mine is a Daily Driver (round trip to and from work is ~90 miles).

Been doing long driver for 20 years...drove a 20000 Honda Civic for 10 years, then a 2010 Scion xB for 9 years.

I'm not getting any younger so instead of an economy car decided to buy the Camaro and enjoy my drive. It's the 2.0T and gets mileage similar to my xB.

If I work from home can I count it as a daily driver ?
I guess I share duties driving nowhere between all my cars as far as commuting goes !!
It is my go to car for pretty much any trip I’m making on my own unless I need cargo space for something.

Pretty much the same here, it's a "daily" driver and even occasional kid hauler, but mostly for my personal use.

My kids are adults With their own cars and almost never ride with me. One lives 300 miles away too. Maybe half the time the wife and I visit her we drive it. And the back seat is useable for short trips with 3 during the visit vs a corvette for example.

Daily for me. I used to have a longer commute where I used to live, but where I live now, I work 11 minutes from my apartment.

day off, no rain, put away when the salt hits the road for 6-7 months. The roads in western ny are just to bad in the country to make a car like this a daily.

Daily. Rain, shine, snow, sleet, hail, hell or high water. Keep it as nice as possible with regular detailing, but let's not kid ourselves and think we have museum pieces that need to be locked away until the perfect day. About 20 miles round trip for work, but she's gone on a few 500+ mile trips.
