Adams products

Hey guys. What are the best products to I should get from Adams to maintain my car?

I have xpel on the front clip and ceramic coat on the whole car. Is there a certain kind of detail spray or wash I need to use or some to avoid? Foam gun?

I picked up a Chemical Guys foam gun for my garden hose, works good. I just use Maguires car wash soap.

I got it from Jegs, looks like ACC-326 for $49.99.

A foam gun or a foam canon is a nice thing to have. The latter requires a power washer. I detailed my spot free wash setup in another thread.

If you don't go with a spot free rinse, some type of blower is a good idea which will save you a lot of time drying and make the operation that much more touchless.

High quality plush towels are a good idea, as is learning the right way to wash to avoid scratching the clear coat.

Adams car shampoo is coating safe and makes a nice shaving cream with a foam cannon. Good stuff. :thumb:

I think Adams boost will be/is good for a wipe down. For a wash, I use Adams wash and wax but most of the time "Perls" for a wash/wax.

Both are good, I think Perls has a little more after wash pop....

Here is a question..Does Adam's ceramic boost work with other coatings, besides Adam's?

Absolutely. They just reformulated their Ceramic Boost too, I got mine today and it doesn't streak nearly as much as the original(which was the only real complaint about the stuff).

Echo leaf blower from home depot, five minutes

I have the Adams H2O, this stuff is awesome...and i have only used it dry as a detail spray.
The slickness and shine is Fantastic over PPF and Ceramic.
My car is a DD so it gets hand washed every Friday after work...the H2O still looks great after 5 weeks, so far!

I've been using a few Adam's interior cleaners with excellent effect, but I picked up Chemical Guys Glossworkz and its effect on making my Ceramic Pro coating shine is very obvious! I was using the honeydew soap before but the Glossworkz is really, really nice.

I'll try the Adam's equivalent in the future when my Chemical Guys runs out. I'm extremely impressed by the Adam's leather & interior cleaner I got.
