Anyone form Long Island? I know the typical meets and such, many of which are still not allowed, but anyone interested in getting something going? Just a meet and cruise, or any other ideas?

Bay Shore! Cool. I was born and raised in Islip Terrace, now I am in South Setauket.

Instagram, sorry, I got away from all the social media stuff a while ago, too many issues regarding my previous life! LOL! Social Media is a hard no for me.

Local Camaro group, is that an actual app? Or is it some kind of mailing list? I am up for email list, but no facebook (especially facebook!), instagram (facebook owned), twitter etc.

I was actually in Bay Shore several times last weekend, stopping by some of my old Monte Carlo Club buddies to beep and wave (at a safe distance of course!)

Hello everyone. I live in Smithtown New York. Are usually go to Captree State Park early Sunday mornings for car meets. Let me know if you have any other events going on during the week as I would definitely attend. I also don’t have any social media either. So these forms is what I look for or what I hear from friends locally.

The last few weeks Captree was shut is my understanding. People not following distancing rules so they closed it.

Is it back to open again?

I believe there were too many cars in OBI so cops did come and shut it down.

Captree is open for boaters now so getting a area is tough unless you go super early like 7:00am which is tough for me to get up so early.

Gotcha, early for me on a weekend also..... I asked as a friend of mine was there 2 (maybe 3?) weeks ago and they were shut down due to people being to close to each other, not wearing masks etc., so they were "shown the door" by enforcement and closed to further entry.
