Lloyd's Premium SS Mats

I ordered them in March but they were closed due to COVID, well the opened last week and I got the mats today.

They are not even in the same planet as the factory mats. I will report back with longevity results but as for quality, they are great. Weigh about 1lb more than the stockers but cover much more and are more dense. I paid just over $100 shipped.

It is too bad they don't make 1LE ones

I have them for my SS as well. Mine have a blue border. I love them! I also ordered a set for my Buick. I ordered them in late March and I didn't get them until a few days ago. They are great quality!!!

I bought the OEM GM 1LE mats and they are considerably more dense and nicer than the OEM crap mats that came it it. I also had these Lloyd's mats in my 17 and they were great.

I wonder if lloyds makes the oem upgraded mats.

Nothing like an SS 06-01-2020 02:07 PM

I had Lloyd's SS mats in several of my Monte Carlos over the last 15+ years. Great mat, excellent durability and longevity for sure. i have been a Lloyd's fan for many years and I will indeed get a set for my Camaro. Although I am leaning GM as they have 1LE mats.

Decisions.......

You cannot ever go wrong with Lloyd's, they last for years and years even with heavy use of the car.

I would say Lloyds does not. They're still the same exact size, just beefier and nicer materials.

just ordered mine yesterday... pricey but hopefully last for many years. Thanks for the info.

I have the same mats (front only.) They spend most of the time in the trunk in favor of my Weathertech rubber mats, but when I do use them I really enjoy the luxury feel and look.

I Scotch-Guarded mine.

Without a doubt, Lloyd mats are a great upgrade to the interior. They are in my opinion the best out there, especially over OEM. Everyone asks what mods they should do to their car and I would have to say that these floor mats would have to be one of the first to do. I have the front and rear Ultimats and just recently purchased and installed the trunk Ultimat as they are finally available for the convertible. Just when I was about to go ahead and order the coupe trunk mat, (because it will fit even with the top down and I was going to just bypass the sensor) I seen that they had an option for the convertible and ended up going with that. It is small and down the road I may still end up getting the coupe mat as well.

Was browsing the Lloyd's website and saw these are now for sale:

I wonder how they compare to the Weathertech all-weather mats....they look thick and durable.

I can vouch that they are very thick and so far seem very durable. They don't come up on the sides like weathertech, but I actually like that better. They extend closer to the seat than OEM mats. They are heavy duty, but flexible so you can get them in and out easily.
