2017 I4 M6 Trans Fluid Temp reads -40 degrees with Code P0713
 

I have a 2017 Camaro LS 2.0T M6 and the Transmission Temperature shows it at -40 degrees. I do have a Code P0713, but the car is fine. I am just trying to get everything cleared. I bought a new sensor through Rock-auto and installed it. Have the same code and temp, so I don’t know if it is just a bad sensor or it could be something else with the PCM? I have gotten bad electrical parts from them before, but it is hard returning parts to them. Anyone see this before and what fixed it?
