Nope...GM has never used Wideband sensors up until the C8 platform far as I know.

damn thats sad. welp not doing anything to this now. wonder if the blackwing uses them. LMP did a kong x port and made 59hp over stock with no tune and the AFR was perfect.

Not a big deal. $300 AEM wideband plugs into your ALDL port and communicates wideband O2 readings over canbus, and you can log it in HP Tuners along with the rest of the data. Easy peasy. ;)

Got this done on both cars
Was running about .822 lambda, very fat, with my base tune. after installing the wideband leaned it out to .88-.875 on 93 and then a bit leaner on e85.
Cars are running much stronger with a smoother power delivery

Thanks for everyones help. I don’t keep the wideband in unless I’m tuning, so I use a plug for normal driving. Very easy to pull the plug and install the wideband in this location, under 5 minutes

took about an hour on the a10. It took 1.5 hr on the m6 because one of the threads were jacked up on the stud on the secondary cat side. It ended up being Difficult to remove and wanted take it slow threading it back on. But all is good, no leaks. I can’t get the welds to get a smooth bead without shield gas. They are not the prettiest, I used a stainless fluxcore wire, but at least no rusting or leaking. All in all, happy I’m with it. also was happy it was a relatively straight forward job. Don’t be afraid to do this yourself or by a shop

The only WB I've ever used had a sensor per cylinder located about 2/3" from each exhaust port.

Do a 40-110 on dragy with it @ .82 vs .88 and report back. ;)

Where did you locate your gauge?

Jannetty Racing used the bung for there dyno tuning process and just plug it when they are done. I do not tune or data log (a lo-po set up) and no reason to monitor.
