Tampa people, where are you buying camaros with no dealer fees added?
Might have to go out of state, but I dont want to go to a northern state where the car might have been snowed on or test driven in snow/salt. I know Becky D is the go-to but I believe shes a Michigan dealer. No way would I want a car from up there unless it came direct from the factory to my driveway.
Thoughts on where to buy a camaro from, with no extra fees and probably not in Florida...lol |
Did you check with Stingray Chevy?

Have you tried looking at Auotnation and Bomnin? I've never dealt with them personally but their prices look pretty good on their website.

I think Stingray has the most reasonable dealer fee and up front pricing last I checked... when I bought from Dimmit two years ago they were pretty reasonbale as well.

The dealer is going to get their money one way or another. Maybe they are not spelling it out as a 'fee', but they will not lose money. I always shop at Maher. Love them. Just a thought

Not sure what your concern is with the fee. You want the best price, all in. No fee does not mean you are getting the car at the lowest possible price.
|
A lot of people used to slip up to about 50 miles into Georgia and avoid what I've been told was a lot of cost. That's a lot of work to save a grand or so though...

If you want, I can put you in touch with the sales manager for a Pinellas store, who did me right on a cpo car. Pm

You talking about the fee not being a big deal. Well most dealers are at an extra $1000 on top of TTL. Thats not necessary. We moved here from IL two years ago and the mandated dealer fee in IL is $143. Or was. Maybe its $175 now. But anyway, I was thinking about southern out of state dealers that would give me invoice minus rebates plus TTL and thats it. No garbage inflated dealer fees. I will call Stingray and see how bad they want to take my anal virginity...

If I recall Stingray Chevrolet was $99 dealer fee back in the day not sure if they still do that.
