Think the taillights will be able to be put on the pre facelifts?

A smiling happier Camaro? Arguably, the updated Malibu looks more aggressive.

Do not like how the bowtie is lower and in the middle. It looks like a Dodge product. :barf:

I get the look they were inspired by..the 70.5/71 split bumper..

The refresh just looks awkward

Great job. This looks much better. I think the car in black would look really
Good.

Not directly. You would need to update the rear fascia bumper area also. The lights have cutouts under them and won't fit into the 2016 space.

I must say I quite like the rear end myself. Removing the much maligned bumps under the tail lights was a smart move. I also enjoy the little ridges down around the diffuser. I think the tail lights bring out the 5th gen quad feeling people missed so much and look pretty cool. This rear no longer has the 'mess of lines' look that the 2016 had, it is more cohesive. I still don't like the spoiler... but this stock rear goes up against the Mustang much better now.

Loved the front fascia of the 6th and was hoping the only major tweak would be the rear, but good lord the poster who said he got a glimpse and called it a Malibu was spot on. That front is ROUGH. I’ll take the rear tail lights in the ZL1 if they do end up keeping the Zl1 front fascia.

I criticized the hell out of the new mustangs front fascia but we may have a battle Royale for the goofiest fascia and headlights

That red RS that is obviously a 1LE (could even be a Turbo 4 1LE) looks really good!

The SS looks absolutely TERRIBLE to me. I like nothing about it other than the wheels.
It looks like the Transformers car from the front (which I hated) and a Malibu from the back. I'm so thankful I have my '16!!!!!

I kinda figured you'd have to get a new rear bumper but wondering if you'd also have to get the trunk and rear fenders?
