Order 2022 Zl1 TX
 

Anyone know of a dealer taking 2022 orders? I put a deposit at Classic in DFW area but now they are saying that orders can’t be placed till mid June. As far as I can see orders opened up the 8th of this month. Anyone in Texas know who can actually place the order?

On Chevrolet.com, the MY 22 for the Camaro is not even showing up. So I don't think it is available as of yet.

I know others have posted on here that they have ordered a 2022. Online it shows that initial orders started 4/8/21

If you are in Dallas I'd recommend contacting @GearheadSS on these forums. I ordered mine through him and it was a great process (I drove up from New Braunfels/San Antonio area to his dealership in Greenville).

Order book opening was pushed back to June 3rd was the last I heard

I placed a preliminary order through my dealer on April 8th. I think all that does is tell GM the dealer wants to place an order. Actual orders don’t go in until June, and that date seems to keep slipping. When I placed my preliminary on the 8th, I was told the dealer can place the actual order on 4/29. I believe the chip shortages are pushing back the dates.

Got it, thanks everyone, I reached out to GearheadSS and he confirmed that June is when the orders could be placed. So, im looking at a 2021 at the moment, if that deal falls through, I will be ordering from him in June.
