Does this X-pipe bolt up to the factory exhaust manifolds and NPP?

This X-pipe assembly bolts on behind the primary cats and eliminates the secondary cats. It should bolt up to the factory NPP mufflers.

Would the 60607 bolt up to an MBRP axle back on a 2017 SS 1LE? Or would you need an exhaust clamp reducer 3" to 2.75"?

These in stock?! The 60606? If so I’ll order right now, I know this post is a little on the older side...
