Let me start by saying I dont take doing this on a public forum lightly and it is a final resort. Earlier in the year I purchased a G Force driveshaft from Weapon X Motorsports. After a fellow 6th gen owner had a pretty catastrophic event with his G Force unit failing I decided to not chance it and instead pursued a return. The box was never even opened. I called Weapon X the vendor I bought it thru and they got approval for a return from G Force. The restocking fee was waived by G Force all I had to do was pay return shipping great! I sent it out 7/18 with signature needed and G Force recieved it on 7/23. I was told by Steve at Weapon X that G Force would need to inspect it 1st and give the okay for my refund to take place wich is totally understandable. I wait 2 weeks and then place call #1 to Steve when I was told that He would "shoot an email" and look into it. After I dont hear back I again email asking about my refund. We can fast forward a bit to August 16th (close to 3 weeks after G Force recieved the return) where I get a reply from Steve to an email I sent asking again about my refund. Here is a copy and paste from august 16th (almost 1 month ago) of his response:

"I literally just heard back from G Force 17 minutes ago. They did receive it back and our rep there was not notified that it was in and checked out fine. We will be getting this refunded to you but please give us another day or two to get it all processed, my accounting left at 5 so I will follow up with them in the morning so they can get that taken care of.


Thanks"


Since then I have spoke to Steve at least 3 more times each time with a different reason as to why I have not recieved a refund. My most recent call he simply said he doesnt have an answer as to why I have not been refunded he needs to talk to his accountant that not in (She is never in) This is absolutely bonkers here I am almost 7 weeks after G Force recieved the return and Weapon X the vendor who I purchased thru cant give me any inkling as to when I can expect a refund from his company. In my opinion this is simply horrible bussiness and anybody purchasing items thru them should be weighing their options. I will be placing a call to G Force to make them aware of how this vendor Weapon X is handling transactions with their products as well. I have filed a dispute with my Credit card company and will not be contacting Weapon X again im done. Now some of you guys may have had great dealings with them im sure but know that "If" you need to return something and want a refund it can be a painful experience at least it has been for me. Again i will end this with this is not something I enjoy doing, i dont complain about dumb shit or try and slander anyone without a real good reason but i feel its well warrented at this point.

Just an update the day after I posted this here I got an email from Weapon X stating I was issued a refund. I did not want to post here until I saw the credit posted to my credit card wich it HAS so I finally can say I have been refunded. What a total waste of time and aggrevation involved in a fairly simple thing. Obviously I will not purchase anything from Weapon X again.
