Huron Speed 6th Gen SS/ZL1 Twin Turbo System Introduction - Now Available!

10 Attachment(s)
Huron Speed is happy to introduce our new Twin Turbo system for the 2016+ Camaro SS and ZL1 platforms! After extensive design and testing we have finally released our twin turbo system to fit all of your needs from some small boost to your LT1 or 1250+ rwhp to your built engine setup! This setup also will fit all transmissions including the manual trans, A8 and even A10!
This system was certainly a difficult one which is why it took so long to release, however we have now confirmed all bases and tested the system up to 1258 rwhp on our ZL1 in collaboration with Vengeance Racing!

Here are some key features of the kit:
*Fits V-band inlet Turbochargers ranging from Billet 5858s up to Billet 6871s. This allows us to supply a very quick spooling set-up on a factory engine, up to 1250+ RWHP capability as shown on our shop ZL1 making 1258 rwhp along with a very easy installation
*Full 3″ Stainless Steel Downpipes are standard, sending the exhaust back into the tunnel for easy additional exhaust attachment to OEM or aftermarket axle-back systems eliminating any restriction areas.
*Full 3″ Intake piping off each turbo allows them to properly breath, along with routing over the factory skid plate keeping them out of the way of rain and debris to keep it daily driver friendly!
*Retains all OEM accessories in their OEM Locations
*Requires NO drilling/tapping for the oiling unless customer prefers.
*No heat issues like many top mount systems along with a very easy installation and very minimal relocation!
*Includes all necessary brackets and hardware
*Includes hose to retain PCV using the turbochargers inlet to retain suction
*Includes push lock hose and fittings for your boost reference hookups with CNC Billet Boost Log.

*OPTIONAL Bell Intercoolers large 6″ Air to Air intercooler which requires removal of the front bumper car, however provides unmatched cooling and airflow.
*OPTIONAL full customization to the kit including coating to the piping, anodizing to the intercooler, and anodozing/polishing/coating to the turbochargers. Standard will be a raw stainless hotside, with satin black cold side/intake piping and Black Series Intercooler.

Kit available in base form without Turbochargers, Wastegate, or BOV for $4499 plus shipping or COMPLETE with a Pair of Comp Oil-Less Turbochargers, Turbosmart Hyper-gate 45 Wastegates, Turbosmart Race-Port BOV for $7999 plus shipping.

Kit requires fueling upgrades based on your desired power goals.
ZL1 cars require removal of the OEM supercharger and to replace with an Intake Manifold

Kit is very straight forward to install and can all be done at home in your garage with basic hand tools!

Included Components:
*Full Hot-side including Stainless .120 wall exhaust manifolds with OEM plug and plug wire access, full stainless 3″ downpipes, mid-pipes, and connection pipes to the OEM axle-back location with all O2 bungs and factory hangers.
*Powder-coated Aluminum Cold-side tubing
*Powder-coated Aluminum 3″ intake tubes w/ PCV attachment
*All required silicone couplers and T-bolt clamps
*Large vertical flow Front Mount Intercooler w/ Bolt-on Brackets
*All required brackets and hardware
*Included all coolant hoses and fittings to run Comp Oil-Less turbochargers.
*Included CNC Billet Boost Log w/push-lock fittings and tubing to run all boost reference
*All required Grade-8 Hardware
*(2) Downpipe blankets for additional heat management
*50′ Roll of Heat Wrap

-Kit w/ Components also includes:
*Your choice in wheel size of Comp Oil-Less Billet Turbochargers, also customizable w/ anodizing
*(2) Turbosmart Hyper-gate 45 GenV Wastegates in your color choice of Black, Red, Blue, Purple
*Turbosmart Race-Port GenV BOV in your color choice of Black, Red, Blue, Purple

We sent our 2018 ZL1 A10 equipped car bone stock down to our friends at Vengenace Racing supplying them with our prototype kit fitted with a pair of Comp Billet 6871 Turbochargers and Turbosmart Components. Vengeance completed the installed with the addition of many other upgrades to show off the ability of the kit. We actually have more room in the system for power, but recently changed housings down to the .82's to bring the power in a little quicker. We landed at 1258 rwhp through the 3" air filters and full exhaust out the back on 25psi. Track results are pending as we quickly found the limits of the A10 transmission and are working on that now to head back to the track! The owner of Vengeance had nothing but great things to say about the Turbo system and its flawless performance which speaks volume coming from a shop as high caliber as Vengeance Racing!

The turbos do not require any additional bracing. Our hot-side tubing holding the turbos and wastegates are extra thick .120 wall stainless and the turbochargers used are very light weight. We have never had a failure with this setup on any of these kits or all of our other turbo systems that use this setup which is why we back all of the piping in the kit for LIFETIME to the original purchaser! :happy0180:

I had a Huron Speed kit on my 4th gen and the quality was top notch and they were always there to help with questions and went above and beyond to help me with issues that were outside of the norm. I would highly recommend them and if I decide to sell my Procharger and go turbo I will not hesitate to buy their kit.

That's freaking badass!

How much does the complete fuel upgrades cost? I mean everything like...The manifold, Injectors, prospeed/Autosports Management system, low side(what did it consist of) pumps, Lines, fittings, regulator...

This all depends on your goals, as well as the vehicle depending if it has LT1 or LT4 fuel system components. Please shoot me an email at Jon@huronspeed.com if you would like to discuss a complete build!
The system on our car consists of the Prospeed ACM system, Vengeance low side system, 2000cc injectors in the LME Billet intake manifold.

I can tell you for my Procharger the sheet metal intake with port injection bungs was $2700, the port injection system with 1050cc injectors was $5000 and the LT4 injectors and HPFP was right around $1000 but don't remember exacts so I have close to $9000 in fueling mods on my car to support over 1000 rwhp but you can run meth for cheaper but I wanted to be able to just go to the pump and get my fuel and be done.

Looks too nice to be hidden under the car..I would have to have a mirror under the car so everyone could see it... LOL

How well do the turbos hold up under there with road debris and weather? I know its not new having turbos down their, but i always wondered how well they held up.

No issues! They are up and over the OEM skid plate so that protects them. The air filters protect any debris from getting into the turbos as well as water from their location. They are down low but protected in all areas from harm!
