I'm not feeling the design so far. It has too much japanese influence, which IMO is no good for relaying the camaro image. It looks like a cross between a '94 Supra and maybe the Nissan 370z. I was hoping for a little inspiration with the c-pillar, as it was looking like it was trying to do a glimpse of the '70 Torino GT's C-pillar with some Chevelle blending. If that rendering (not knocking the rendering effort) is any indication of the design then IMO it leaves a lot to be desired.

The squarer shape of the headlights keep reminding me of the 3rd gen. It's like a futuristic version of those fit onto a 5th gen front.

Can't wait in 40 years when people start restoring beat up rusted out 5th gens lol

Notice the detail that is now part of the lower grill. Like a bevel detail the must mean something regarding the rest of the front.

That's the v6 or turbo 4 for all i know, with the t4ish grille, strange how at this point they have 2 different front ends on these cars

I'd assume the straight-slat grille is the 2.0T or the LGX. GM usually uses the crosshatch mesh grille on higher level/performance trims.

My 2 cents - if the 6th gen turns out looking like this i will not be buying one.

I know this comparison as been beaten to death, but I thought this was a good chance to show how close the non V8 might be to the TF4 concept

Lol I got bored. Just had the pic on my computer and And figured I'd line them up. I thought they were rather simular but I also know it won't happen that way. I'm looking forward to more Photoshop from chaz though

You know...I actually don't hate the front of the TF4 concept car. As long as that huge gapping mouth gets closed up somewhat and they put nice looking fog lamps/bezels on the sides, I'd be good with it. I do think widening (horizontally) the grill and headlamp area somewhat would also be a good move.

The rest of the car is clearly just slightly modified 5th gen stuff, so I don't really have any opinions on that that are worth talking about.
