ProCharger Filter Elbow Question
Has anyone else had an issue with keeping the filter coupling secured to the intake side of the head unit? I have put the thing back on a few times now. We even heated it up to make the plastic pliable when installing and then shrink as it cools. Clamp is tightened but still pops off occasionally. I just think trying to tighten a rigid piece of plastic with a worm clamp and with very, very little reveal is a bad design.
Any suggestions? Has anyone tried a different clamp with success? |
check to see if it hitting sumting during engine torque... Cause the design has been used many times with no issues.

I seen where Procharger was testing a design that allowed the charger to pull air from a factory style air box. Not sure if it will make production or not, but that would be slick for sure.
