Best Exhaust SS 1LE
I am looking at replacing the stock exhaust and am curious to what you guys think about which one you prefer and does it keep warranty?

Long tube catless headers with stock dual mode cat back. Warranty depends on how friendly your dealer is, but technically any mod voids the warranty.

Headers sound amazing, but unless it is a weekend toy or you don't care about breathing in toxic fumes, I do not recommend that route. |
If you are just looking for an aggressive sound, there are a number of axle back or cat back systems which allow you to keep your warranty. Headers and removing cats will likely void your warranty and require a tune...which is an additional expense and warranty voiding mod. For sound and warranty protection, stick to an axle back or cat back.

This is what I would go with, were it me. This or Corsa.

Is there really a big difference btw resonated and non resonated?
|
I did the stainless works 1 7/8 with cats and 3 inch x pipe that's connects to stock npp..
no drone, sounds insane feels faster for sure ….. |
If you keep the stock headers honestly most exhausts sound similar to NPP, the mufflers might change the tone a little but if you really want to change how it sounds then headers need to happen.
|
I just put the awe non resonated touring cat back on my car it is by far the best mod I have done to my car so far. If you like the way it sounds on the videos you will love it even more in person.

My plan is just to gut the secondary cats. At least until the warranty is up. After that I might go for a set of Kooks longtubes with their high flow "green" cats that are EPA certified and dont usually throw codes.
