Dont see Employee pricing and flex cash incentives on truecar. Are these incentives the dealers give you? Can u always get 4k flex cash this month? Or why does it say "up to 4k"

Yes to this month and "up to" is the max that can be used on a Camaro. The dealers decide that. It is dealer cash. GM knows more about their own incentives than truecar does.
