Dodge makes it to 8 place in most reliable cars
Dodge is the most reliable north american car manufacture in the latest list.

 Our Chargers beg to differ.

Imagine how bad it would be if you used a Chevy or Caddy then

CR at least seems to show a tried and true rule of thumb...and that is stay away from first year introductions of new or revised models....give them a year or two to work out the problems and you will likely be happier.
It does seem an unfair ranking to makers who produce numerous makes and models as opposed to a limited line up that is easier to work out the bugs on. All good...just keep grains of salt at the ready. |
Interesting. I would judge that report with a grain of salt though. Its good for Dodge, however I still wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
GM really should be at the top of the list, with the amount of technology and manufacturing changes that have been implemented. Still, GM has to continue to work with quality of materials and reliability of some of their smaller systems, such as MyLink, Bluetooth and voice recognition. I feel that these systems are good in that they are modern, but they do not (IMO) work 100% all the time. |
I have been here for quite a while and remember Medisin and some other posters saying how Dodge was so far down on the CR list and every chance they had they would go on about Dodge quality. Just thought it was worth pointing out the change LOL.
