OH it's coming. Should be a good one too.

Awesome! Can't wait to see the comparison videos.
Disappointed it won't be offered with a manual.

100% agreed. This must be bothering many of the Ford faithful out there. A high-performance/track beast and a manual isn't offered? :twitch:

I am kind of shocked there is no manual. I am even more shocked they actually went with the DCT. I had seen that rumor, and thought one reason for the delay was they dropped that dream and were going to go A10

Ford dealer ADM's are out of control. MSRP will be around 75k and nobody will pay that price for a new example before the S650 comes out. I think Carbon Package will be another 20-25k as well, so if you're looking to be the first with a GT500 Carbon, have around 120k handy.

At least the GT350 will no longer experience ADM's.

Likely that Ford has killed the clutch pedal.

C8 Corvette isn't likely to ever offer a clutch. And IF a 7th gen Camaro sees the light of day, it won't have one either.

Some dealers choose to gouge because there are goons out there that will pay the insane mark-up. I've said it on here before, when my Dad was shopping for a new ZL1 in 2012, every dealer in and around Pittsburgh wanted at least a $10-15k mark-up. After a few months of searching, I found him one in the state of Indiana for $500 UNDER sticker. There are still good dealers out there, but the jackasses that pay mark-up, ruin it for everyone else. If it were me or my Dad, the marked-up cars would sit on lots until the tires were dry-rotted and flat. :bonk:

The new GT500 is looking real good and way impressive!

Agreed, there are to many idiots that will pay it, that allows dealers to keep doing it.

Not certain on this but I was under the impression that the GT350 won't be in production the same time as the GT500. I think 2019 is the last year for the GT350.

Getting tough for folks that like to row their own gears. Later, we'll have the same discussion about driving the vehicle at all.

Looks good and sounds great too. Always good when the competition raises the bar a little. Now for that LT5 ZL1.
