Who needs those expensive jack stands???
These 5 gallon buckets seem to work just fine!
https://www.camaro6.com/forums/pictu...ctureid=164209 I keed... I keed... As my dearly departed friend, Paul Harvey would say... "Here's the REST of the story..." https://www.camaro6.com/forums/pictu...ctureid=164205 BTW... This car only had 41 miles on it at this point... :confused0068: |

After using it once, I am completely sold, I love it, very easy to use and makes lifting a breeze... |
You had me going... :smiling1:
I was about to say... :eyebulge: |
Hahaha good one....i only put mine up on stands about twice a year so it would take me awhile to absorb that cost..... but those are sweet.

Nice:) I was fixing to go full safety retard until I saw the other pictures:)

Love my quick jack, works on Camaro & both jeeps (with the extended lift SUV kit) just fine.
I still used race ramps for oil changes though because they are easier to use |

quickjack is great
I got the 7000 figuring I wouldn't be pigeonholed into not being able to lift something... |
Have you guys tried to do other work besides wheel/tire/brakes with the liftjacks? Could you drop the trans, drop the tank, full exhaust... Any possible pics from under the car to see how much room is left. This lifts are the hot ticket right now.

i was about to google the compressive strength of a bucket ....
i've got a quick jack as well, fantastic piece of gear exhaust no problem at all, easy. fuel tank also works depending on the vehicle. tranny, hit and miss. not sure i'd want to tackle that one on a quickjack |
