Carbon Addons

Has anyone dealt with www.carbonaddons.com. I'm looking to purchase a couple items (nothing over the top) and wondering how their quality is. They advertise as "genuine real carbon" but we all know how that goes. I have ordered a GM Carbon shift knob, GM passenger dash and Wildhammer carbon wheel. I don't want something that is going to look totally different then these authentic pieces. Any insight would be appreciated. Cheers.

I have bought some of there "true carbon" pieces and they are real carbon. Some pieces look great some look just ok. The door handle trim and window switch one have the gel bubble like coating and look weird from some angles but look good at different.

The bottom center steering wheel piece looks killer as it just a thin piece of carbon with a clear over it(won't matter as you have a carbon wheel already).

I'm debating on getting the mirror covers, exterior handle covers and shark fin cover.

Those are sold out. I wanted some too.

It'd be nice if some of these could be replacement parts rather than covers. Carbon fiber is meant to reduce weight, not add it.

Anyone that has the shark fin cover, does it interfere with your sirius radio reception?

I just ordered the passenger side dash piece so I will let you know how it looks. If it looks good I am going to order the shifter bezel when its back in stick and the window switch overlays.

I've ordered the radio bezel cover, center control trim and door handle trim pieces so far and I have been VERY pleased with the quality and service from CarbonAddons. It is REAL carbon fiber and fitment is perfect. They use 3M attachment tape. Shipping has been very fast and the console was out of stock for awhile and they offered me a 10% discount.

I finally installed the dash and window switch pieces. It is very excellent quality. I’m just not sure about the dash. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I think it’s to much? But now I’m afraid to take it off because that 3M tape is super sticky....

Is it just the lighting or is that window switch panel starting to delaminate?

Oh man I ordered the carbon fiber door trim on the window switches panel and that looks horrible. The fitment is just horrible how are you ok with that?
