Creating LLC you need $35 for filing fees, $35 for a registered agent designation, and two optional fees of $8.75 for a certified copy or certificate of status.

These guys are great, did a clutch for me in my Gen5 Camaro. Top notch. Highly recommend.

Next time I'm in Boca, if your open we will swing by to check out the shop!
