Good deal? 39k for 2018 2SS 1LE HBM 3k miles

39k for 2018 2SS 1LE HBM with 3k miles, garage kept, aftermarket exhaust (comes with stock exhaust too), and a sub. Good deal?

Sounds pretty good to me, assuming clean history.

I paid $47K for my 2SS 1LE new a year ago. Figure with typical GM performance cars, a $10K depreciation hit as soon as you drive them off the lot and being a year old, I would say you are right in the range.

yeah that's a pretty good deal.

seems to be a good deal...there are 2 in my area that are only 1SS/1LE, one is a '19 and the other '18 and the dealers are asking $39k, both have just under 7k miles on them, but nothing like seeing it in person.

Yes, as long as it's a garage queen rather than a track rat.
I know some will argue, but I'd rather be the one to bounce off the rev limiter for the first time.

Not a bad deal at all imo.

Sounds good, I paid 37.5 for my 18 2SS 1LE with 6k on it in February

Cause no one would EVER do that on the street!

Uhhh.. ;)

OP: The dealer I traded my 18 2SS 1LE HBM into listed it for 37.9k, it was sold in about 2 days. I assume they swapped out the track pads for the stock pads that were in the trunk.. maybe not. It had just under 8k and far more fluid changes and maintenance that a garage queen car with similar mileage would have had. So for that mileage I'd say it's a good deal.

lol
That's why I asked about garage queen status. I'm thinking Joe Lawn Chair isn't going to flog on his minty garage queen on the way to C & C.
Where a track rat may have spent 2000 of the 3000 miles above 5k rpm or worse, bouncing off the rev limiter on a mechanical over-rev every lap downshifting into 3rd at 118mph.

Just playing the odds.

I'd rather buy a used car that someone flogged a bit. Driving under light load all the time will cause more rapid carbon buildup, especially on a GDI engine.

Seems like a decent deal. I got my '17 1SS for $32.5k with 7600miles, but I waited a while for the right car to come along..

This is a great price, I just picked up a '17 1SS for 35k with 5800 miles.
