Sure looks like part of a spring. But you would've felt bad things afterwards if that was indeed yours.

UPDATE: Turns out (-$256 later) that this was not from my car. When I ran over it it must have made contact with my exhaust to make me believe it was mine. :smiling1:

Still the best possible outcome at this point, if this were from one of your springs, you'd be waaay deeper into the hole :smoking:
