Temporarily affixing parking sticker to the windshield

Hey, fellows

My work mandates that all employees get a parking decal sticker and affix is to the windshield from the inside.
The problem is that our windshield are already small as-is and I don't want to keep the ugly parking sticker in the view, no matter how off to the side it is.

What would the solution be to temporarily affix the sticker to the windshield when I come to work and remove it as I leave?

Cheers.

Stick down in corner like many states inspection stickers..

You can buy a little suction cup piece that holds a sticker or toll pass.

How about getting a mirror-hanging envelope and attach your parking permit to it?

Or just leave it on the dash? I don't see the big deal as long as it's visible.

Put a layer of Saran Wrap on the sticker and the Saran will hold to the glass

I laminated my work parking sticker and then used double sided tape to place it onto the front of my wind sheild sun screen. When I park and then put my sun scree in place, parking sticker visible but not attached to the wind sheild.

I have a parking sticker in the lower left corner of the windshield. Its not visible from behind the steering wheel and really not a cosmetic problem from the outside. Its no biggie - just slap that thing down there in the corner and roll on.

Nothing like an SS 08-30-2021 05:54 AM

In my town, parking stickers are required to be on the outside, rear quarter window. I refuse to make it permanent. I used a clear adhesive (reusable) sheet I found in a Michael's, or one of those places, stuck the sticker to that, trimmed to exact size, then it just clings to my window, looks like a permanent sticker, but is removable. I take it off, pop in the glove box until next time.

Would work the same for inside of the glass also.

This is how it is done! Stretch the saran wrap over a bowl so it is pulled tight. Then apply the sticker to the saran wrap. Then use an xacto knife to cut around the edge of the sticker.

You can now attach the sticker to the windshield and remove it as much as you want!

I used to put my parking sticker on the clear front of a cd case so I could let visitors borrow it to park in my spot in college since I never brought my car with.
