I'm guessing this needs a tune? Does it need other parts to go with it?

No tune needed and uses the stock bolts. It is a quick install - took me about 15 minutes

Ok, does this make a noticeable difference by itself, without CAI or ported manifold? Also, please let me know if the Afe sale falls off.

I found the difference pretty noticeable, even without an intake - mostly in throttle response from a stop or low speeds. I never had it officially dynoed, but my "butt dyno" felt it was faster overall.
