My Turn....OUCH

Sucks to be me today. Nobody hurt. Couldn't completely avoid someone pulling out in front of me.

Ouch. That hurts to see. Make sure you have it taken to a qualified bodyshop...

So they pulled out in front of you, I'm assuming it was their fault then? Doesn't look like a high MPH hit, parking lot or low speed?

I hope your neck & your back hurts if you know what I mean. A subsidized Whipple might make you feel better.

I am sorry shittt..

Dang that sucks yea both you and car are hurt, looks like the exterior damage is limited the the front fender, the bumper, could not make out to any wheel or door damage, looks like the hood is ok (hard to tell).

I just would make certain they don't repair the front clip, but replace it. They (insurance co.'s) commonly try to do that.

Unfortunately, I think the middle front of the passenger door is scraped too. There also may be contact at the top of the fender and the door. Hopefully, it's the other person's fault and their insurance will cover it.

When in FL I constantly have to avoid old foggies pulling out in front of me. My Camaro is in MI so its not in danger from the blue hairs.

I just purchased a blackvue, hoping I never have to use the contents for something like this. At least you are ok though, cars are metal and plastic, people are irreplaceable!

Fortunately, I have a shop that I have a lot of confidence in to do the work. With less than 5k miles and less than 6 months old, her insurance company doesn't have any justification to insist on aftermarket or remanufactured parts for the repair. (Thankfully she didn't have Geico or Progressive.) Will probably still be a battle. Fortunately I have PDR if they try to transfer any blame as well. My biggest battle will likely be the diminished value claim, which I will aggressively pursue. Unfortunate that in an accident scenario where the other party is 100% at fault, you still lose...big.
