Very nice build. I like the LT1 badge on the hood. Where did you get it?

Thanks! The OEM LT1 emblems were purchased at Wildhammer Motorsports for $20.00 each. The '24 CE Panther SS's have them on the hood, so I thought they would look good on mine too.

Just picked her up here in Montana. I know, Who buys a convertible in Montana in December? Well we've had some unseasonably warm weather, got to drive it a few days, and already got a warning ticket!! Yikes! It's in storage now, will put side skirts and a k&n cold air induction on it weather permitting.

2024 LT1 with a few cosmetic mods.

December convertible deals rule (at least in colder climes)

December 1995, bought Mustang convertible when I brought my 93 convertible in for an oil change. Not Montana, but Iowa.

December 1999, bought Saab convertible. Not Montana, but Illinois.

December 2007, bought Mustang Convertible. Not Montana, but Ohio.

December 2023, bought Camaro Convertible in Arkansas, drove back to Ohio. This one was most surprising. The others--dealers aren't pumped to have a convertible in stock when they are plowing snow off the lot. I will not drive it this winter--but let's face it--there won't be many Camaros of any ilk still new and in stock once spring hits my neck of the woods.

January 2017: Bought my Fifty SS Convertible. Stacked GM discount, dealer discount, Detroit Auto Show discount and 2% interest.

How do you have your rear dashcam mounted?

I’ll have to show you next time I’m in Lansing with the Lansing Club. If I recall correctly we meet at the McDonalds parking lot met-up with the club last year.

Anyway, it has a bracket installed by a pro-audio shop. They had to design it so that the top clears it when cycling up and down.

Here's the way I did a rear camera mount. I just mocked it up with cardboard and bent it so that the top would clear, then cut a template from sheet metal and had someone cut and bend it from 1/8 inch aluminum. Works great.

Picked up a new to me 2018 SS Vert. Had a 2006 GTO a while back and got rid of it for a pickup. Got the bug back for something with a little more excitement. It's mostly stock from what I can tell. AM mufflers, taillights, and rear bumper. So I'll be looking into go fast goodies soon enough.

I may be partial to this color, but you've got yourself a beautiful car, congratulations

My advice would be enjoy the car stock for a while, then let the modding begin :D
